1960 was the third full season and with it came an increase to 5 golf tournaments as Nashua Country Club was added to the rotation as well as a entry fee increase to $7.00 and a note advising the membership that the $1 fee increase was so that NHSGA could pay the green fees, leading one to believe that this wasn’t done in previous years. Also of note: by 1960 NHSGA had 149 members with annual dues of $5.00.
Pease Air Force Base would have been added in 1962, but a tragic plane crash on the golf course forced that event to be moved to Nashua.
